The Casa de Internet, or in English the “home of the Internet”, is the home to LACNIC as well as many other Internet organizations ( ICANN, ISOC, LACTLD, ECOM-LA, CLARA, LAC-IX, ASIET, … ) in the Latinoamérica y el Caribe region. This Latin American and Caribbean home enables synergies which support regional development and promote involvement of a growing number of stakeholders, thus contributing to the provision of more and better services to our community.
I had the pleasure to visit the Casa de Internet in Montevideo Uruguay during an ICANN Board workshop.
