20th Anniversary of LACTLD

LACTLD celebrated, on June 22, in Panama City, Panama, its twentieth anniversary of foundation. I attended the celebration as a member of the ICANN Board alongside many others members and by representatives of the different organizations which LACTLD has worked with over these twenty years.
